  2. In discussing the definition of criminal, topic regarding why an act is considered a criminal or when a person is considered criminal is a question that will often come to mind. Some people quickly assume that an act is considered criminal because of the law. So that, without the law there would not have been a criminal act. Following this thinking, is it correct to say that we can eliminate the problems of criminality by simply eradicating the law? Explain your answer.

1. (a.)Legal - a person who committed a crime. It is important to note that crime is a violation of any penal law be it the rpc special law or a mere ordinance.
(b.) Criminological - a person who committed a crime treated psychologicaly. And it has a body and veriefied principles and of other types of knowledge regarding the process of crime and its control and prevention and the treatment of youtful offenders.

2. Following this thinking, is it correct to say that we can eliminate the problems of criminality by simply eradicating the law? Explain your answer.
No, we cant eradicate the law. We can simply solve the criminality by simply following the law.

3. Criminal - Is a person who committed the crime
Delinquent - Is a repeated act of crime in legal terms.

1. Differentiate LEGAL from CRIMINOLOGICAL definition of CRIMINAL
LEGAL it is base on criminal law that the offender committed or omitted in violation of public law forbidding or commanding it and that legal established by or founded upon law or official or accepted rule while criminological from criminal refers to the person with his free will, intelligence and intention doing the act or omitting to do act punishable by law.
2. Law is base on moral, spiritual and logical aspects without law and without abiding the law, the communities will experience chaos by simply numerous of offenders habitually commits crime.
3. Differentiate CRIMINAL from DELINGUENT
CRIMINAL it is refer to the offender with his free will, intelligence and intention doing the act or omitting to do act punishable by law while DELINQUENT refers to the offender who committed or omitted crimes guilty of an offense and or guilty of a misdeed acts.

1. as regards the legal definition for criminal, is the person who commits or omits an act in violation of a public law forbidding or commanding it.

2. no. for as long as there are criminals, existing laws shall continue to be enforced and the law-making bodies shall continually create and promulgate new laws to resolve crimes. i would perhaps agree otherwise if in case there is a zero criminality problem in a certain locality, it will follow that laws be abolished and that there is no more sense of making and implementing laws at all.

3. generally, CRIMINAL means one who commits or omits an act in violation of a public law forbidding or commanding it. on the other hand, if the person repeatedly commits the same crime or offense, that is, two (2) or more times, he is called a DELINQUENT criminal.
